Responsible
for managing events and meeting deadlines and budgets. Direct coordination of
activities to prepare for the day of the event.
Primary responsibility
• Manage
people responsible for coordinating events.
• Coordinate
details on events such as conferences, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries,
charity events, surprise parties, trade shows, business meetings, employee
evaluation events and virtual events.
• Hire
staff, train them, and train them properly.
• Calculate
the budgets and adjust them as needed.
• Book venues and negotiate fees.
• Prepare invitations
and send them in due course.
• Stop the
bartender and waiter.
• Work with
the guest of honor to ensure that all requirements are met.
• Promote
participation in the event.
• Promote
the event with flyers, cold calling and social media as examples of attention.
• Analyze
event performance and prepare for metric representation.
• Define the
corporate brand through events.
• Make sure
that the staff is properly prepared for the event.
• Pay the
providers for their participation in the event.
• Submit the
required documents.
• Make sure
that the day of the event runs smoothly.
• Set up
booths, flowers, decorations and other event decorations.
• Plan
menus, order food and hire cooks or caterers.
• Try meals,
including main courses and desserts.
• Issue
final approval for items such as music and menus.
