Task short
We are looking for a competent event manager who looks after
and organizes target group relevant events. They ensure that events are successful
and cost effective, taking into account budget and time constraints.
An event manager is primarily a project manager who
understands marketing and promotion techniques. We want to see enthusiastic
candidates with fresh ideas and the necessary organizational skills, so as not
to leave anything of an event to chance.
Job brief
• Plan the event from start to finish according to
requirements, target group and goals
• Make suggestions to increase the success of the event
• Set budgets and ensure compliance
• Origin and negotiation with suppliers and suppliers
• Responsible for hiring staff (DJ, waiters, etc.)
• Coordinate all operations
• Carrying out promotional activities for the event
• Supervision of all employees (coordinators of events,
caterers, etc.)
• Approve all aspects before the day of the event
• Make sure the event finishes smoothly and go one step
further to fix any issues
• Analyze the success of the event and generate reports
Requirement
• Proven experience as event manager
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event
management
• Awareness of computers; Knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation capacity
• Excellent organizational skills
• A talent for solving problems
• Customer focus
• A team player with leadership qualities
• BSc / BA in PR, Marketing, Hospitality Management or
related fields is preferred
